Team Board Agent 77b5b4c735 fix: add BFF service member with TRACKER_TOKEN to init_db 
- Create 'bff' bridge member with token='tb-tracker-dev-token'
- Fixes BFF WebSocket authentication issue
- BFF now connects to Tracker with proper member in DB
